We do not offer refunds or cancellations on any of our digital products or online courses. Please be AWARE of this BEFORE you commit to purchasing.

All content that is shared in our online tutorials is intended for paying students only and is not to be duplicated, shared, or redistributed. Violation of this policy may result in denied access or FB Group removal. We appreciate your respect for our paying students! :) 

 

WOOD SUPPLY ITEMS

SHIPPING TIME / METHODS 

  • We ship all wood supply items through USPS via 1st Class / Priority / or Express this depends on the WEIGHT of your items or the shipping method you chose at checkout.
  • The TURN-AROUND time for wood supply items is 3 - 4 business days (or 5 business days if our order volume is high).
  • Once items are shipped they arrive in 2 - 5 days for US Customers, and in 2 -3 weeks for INTERNATIONAL customers. 
  • We do include TRACKING NUMBERS, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships out.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the United States Postal Service due to customs, weather conditions, re-routing, etc. 

 RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for wood supply items, however, we are happy to cancel your order if it has not shipped yet (for any reason). If items arrive damaged or incorrect we are happy to issue a refund OR re-ship.

 

HANDMADE ITEMS

  • Once items are shipped they arrive in 2 - 5 days for US Customers, and in 2 -3 weeks for INTERNATIONAL customers.

Because of the nature of our CUSTOM and MADE to ORDER handmade items we do not accept returns or cancellations. However, if a mistake was made on our end (i.e. wrong color, size, damage during shipping, etc.) we are happy to make it right.
